Since 2008, we have aimed at achieving 4S principles on environmental protection.

Let us make contribution to reducing CO2 and saving the environment. 

Today, we can manufacture mannequins by using bio-resin fibreglass, semi-environmental PU and eco-friendly blow mold. 

In 2019, a new series of Green mannequins will be launched, which will be produced in accordance with 4R Principles :
Reduce, Reuse, Replace and Recycle.

Applying 4R Concepts to Production Process

The real environmental protection, must be accompanied by 4R principle!


REDUCE

  • Reducing the use of non-recyclable raw material
  • Reducing manufacturing waste
  • Reducing pollution 

REUSE

  • Sustaining the use of ABS, PS and PP

RECYCLE

  • Collecting and decomposing discarded materials 
  • Transforming the discarded materials into new materials for new products.
  • Collecting and further processing the used and clean products such as old-style mannequins and hangers

REPLACE

  • Replacing more environmentally-friendly products such as recycled hangers and blow mold mannequins

Developing the sustainability of 4S is part of our own responsibility as it can contribute to the environment by reducing pollution to mitigate climate change.  Our 4R mannequins will reduce or stop the use of hazardous processes, plating and varnishing processes.  New or recycled ABS materials, stainless steel fittings, non-varnishing effects and less packaging materials will be launched in the 4R mannequin starting in 2019.

Our Enviornmentally hanger use the reusable waste material of wood/peanut shell powder, after specially processing, then mixed with plastic for further production process. 

In order to have the whole product are made 4R environmentally friendly, we also switch to use stainless steel or copper hardware accessories without plating. It reduces the pollution caused by plating and save a lot of water required for plating.
